The site
A Zepto fulfilment set-up in Mumbai serving 10-minute grocery delivery.
The response
The fit-out is a working dark store rather than a showroom: long parallel aisles of white wire-mesh racking are colour-coded with orange bay numbers and green shelf-zone tags, with yellow floor lines guiding pickers. Bright linear ceiling lighting and an easy-clean tiled floor keep the space fast and legible for high-turnover order fulfilment.
