Privacy Policy

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide, your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your project. For abuse prevention, the application temporarily converts the connecting network address into a one-way, process-local rate-limit identifier; the raw address is not included with the enquiry or intentionally written to application logs. Hosting and security providers may still process standard network data under their configured policies.

If you accept optional analytics, we also collect aggregate usage information so we can improve the site.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver your project. Optional analytics are loaded only after consent and are used in aggregate to understand traffic and performance.

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection to the studio's configured delivery provider and may then be stored in customer records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to hello@madane.in.

The site works without advertising or analytics cookies. When optional analytics is configured, it remains disabled until you accept the consent prompt. Google Maps is loaded only after you explicitly request the map; Google then receives standard network information and may use storage under its own privacy terms.
